If your purchase or service does not meet your expectations, we are here to facilitate replacements, returns, or repairs. You can conveniently initiate a return by mail or by visiting our local TEKDEP store in Los Angeles.
You can initiate a return for any reason within 30 calendar days, as long as the product remains in its original condition.
Starting a Return:
- Returning by Mail: To ship the product back to TEKDEP for a refund, please complete the return authorization request at the end of this page to receive return approval and instructions.
- In-Person at Local TEKDEP: If you prefer to return the product in person at your local TEKDEP store, please ensure you visit during regular business hours and bring the purchased product, along with any accessories such as power supplies or the original packaging, within 30 calendar days.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns, provided the item is in its original condition and all accessories are returned. If the item is damaged or accessories are missing, the restocking fee may be higher or the return could be denied.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Cost:
The buyer is responsible for shipping the unwanted item back to us for a refund within 7 calendar days of receiving return approval via email.
Conditions That May Void the Right to a Refund:
- If the returned item is altered or no longer in its original condition.
- If the return is initiated after the 30-calendar-day window has expired.
- If the warranty sticker is removed.
- If the return is requested after 30 calendar days.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the product, we will process your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) back to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Timeframe for Shipping Returns:
All returns must be submitted to the post office and shipped, along with a valid tracking number, within 7 calendar days from the date of return approval email. Otherwise, the return will be automatically canceled and no longer honored.
Product Accessories and Packaging:
Please ensure that all items are returned with their original accessories and packaging. Failure to do so may result in the return being denied.
Return Policy Notice:
All returned items must be in their original condition, properly packaged, and shipped within 30 calendar days of the initial delivery date as specified in the return timeline window. Returns without valid tracking may be denied, and refunds will not be issued in such cases. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If items are abandoned, TEKDEP may choose to donate them to recover costs. All associated serial numbers are recorded, and we reserve the right to report any fraudulent activity to the authorities.
