Computer (Mac and PC) + Phone Repair Technicians

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose and repair a wide range of devices, including phones, tablets, computers, laptops, PCs, and Macs.
  2. Engage in SEO/SMO activities, conduct research on tech-related topics, and contribute to our blog content.
  3. Participate in web development tasks and assist in fulfilling online orders.
  4. Offer excellent customer service by selling computers, laptops, tablets, phones, and tools in our store.
  5. Assist both walk-in customers and handle phone calls, emails, and website support inquiries.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for team members who are easy to work with, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, and work-driven. Being punctual and eager to learn while collaborating with like-minded teammates is essential.

Applicants should be comfortable with both Windows and Mac OS, as well as Android phones and tablets. Basic repair skills like LCD replacement, RAM installation, battery changes, and device formatting are required.

Other qualifications include proficiency in English, the ability to perform diagnostics on various devices, troubleshooting skills, and a willingness to research and write blogs on consumer tech topics.
