What is the warranty period for devices and repairs at TEKDEP?
We provide a 12-month limited hardware warranty on all devices and repair services. The first 3 months cover parts and labor, while the remaining 9 months cover labor only, with parts charged separately.
How do I submit a warranty claim for an online purchase?
Warranty claims for online purchases must be submitted within 90 calendar days of delivery. Use the Warranty Request Form or email us at [email protected], including your order number and issue details.
What is TEKDEP’s return policy?
You can return items in their original condition within 30 calendar days of delivery. For mail-in returns, complete the Return Authorization Form for approval and instructions. In-store returns can be made at your local TEKDEP location.
Are there restocking fees for returned items?
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. All returns must be shipped within 7 calendar days of receiving approval.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after we receive the returned item, minus any applicable fees.
How long does it take for warranty repairs?
Warranty repairs are completed within 5-9 business days after your device arrives at our facility, excluding delivery time.
What shipping options does TEKDEP offer?
What should I do if my tracking number hasn’t updated?
Tracking updates may take time but don’t impact delivery. Free U.S. orders typically arrive within 12 business days, and international orders within 25 business days.
What happens if I don’t pick up my repaired or returned item?
Items not collected within 60 days will be recycled due to storage constraints. Please make arrangements for pick-up or shipping within this timeframe.
