You may initiate a return for any reason within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing our support team at [email protected], provided the product is in its original condition. Once you email us, your request will be placed in our queue based on the date of your message. You will receive an RMA or Exchange approval accordingly. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
While it may take us a few days to respond, rest assured that your request is already in the system as soon as we receive your email. Be sure to review all return terms, conditions, and any associated costs before proceeding. and the only way of starting a return is only Email.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Cost
To be eligible for a refund, the buyer must ship the item back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving return approval via email. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
