Q. What is eligible for return?
A. You may return your purchase for any reason as long as still in original condition within 30 calendar days.
Q. How would I start a return & Where To Return?
Mail Your Return : If you’re planing to ship back the product to tekdep for refund then Please fill-up the return authorization request on the end of this page for return approval and instructions.
Visit Local TEKDEP : If your planing to visit your local tekdep store to return in-person, Kinldy make sure to visit during normal business hours and bring the product you have purchased back along with any accessories such as power supply or box within 30 calendar days.
Q. Restocking Fees.
10% restocking fees applies to all returns as Long as item is still in the original condition and all accessories are returned, if item is damaged or accessories are missing than restocking fee maybe grater or return may be deny.
Q. Who will be responsible for the cost of return shipping cost?
A. buyer is responsible to ship back the unwanted item back to us for refund within 7 calendar days of the return approval email.
Q. What can void the right of return for refund?
A. If the item returned in different condition or if alternated in any way or no longer in the original condition, or once the return time window expired or if warranty sticker get removed or returning after 30 calendar days.
Q. How long it takes to receive my money back?
A. Once we get the product back we process your refund minus any restocking fees back to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
Q. If I need to ship my return, How Long time I have to hand the return to post office once return is approved?
A. All returns must be handed to post office and shipped back along with valid tracking number no later than 7 Calendar days from return approval email date or else return will be automatically canceled and no longer honored.
