ABOUT:

  • The lid angle sensor for the 2024 MacBook Air 13″ M4 (A3240) monitors the position of the MacBook’s lid, allowing the system to respond correctly when opening or closing. If your MacBook isn’t waking, sleeping, or adjusting the display properly when the lid moves, this sensor may need replacement. Installing a new sensor restores proper lid detection and system response.
