You’ll need a pentalobe screwdriver, Philips screwdriver, spudger, prying tool, fine-tip tweezers, heating mat (set to 75-85°C), guitar pick, and a screen disassembler tool. These tools will help you safely open the device and transfer the necessary components.

Remove the Pentalobe Screws

Begin by removing the two Pentalobe screws at the bottom of the phone.
These screws are located on either side of the charging port.
Keep them in a safe place to avoid misplacing them during the repair.

Heat the Screen

Set your heating mat to a temperature range of 75–85°C (167–185°F).
Let the phone sit on the heating mat for 3 to 5 minutes to loosen the adhesive.
