Warm Up the Device
- Place the Samsung Note 20 Ultra on a heating mat set to 60–80°C to loosen the adhesive under the back glass.
- Let the device sit for 5 minutes to ensure the adhesive softens adequately.
- Flip the device over to allow even heat distribution across the surface.

Loosen the Back Glass with Isopropyl Alcohol
- Apply a small amount of isopropyl alcohol around the edges of the back panel.
- This step makes it easier for the plastic card to slide in without damaging the glass.
- Allow a few seconds for the alcohol to seep in before proceeding.

Remove the Back Glass
- Gently insert the plastic card between the frame and the back glass.
- Slowly work your way around the perimeter to release all adhesive.
- Take extra caution around the curved edges to avoid cracking the already damaged glass.

Unscrew the NFC Wireless Charging Pad
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove all screws securing the NFC wireless charging pad.
- Carefully lift the pad from the body without pulling on the connected flex cables.
- Set the pad aside in a safe place.

Disconnect the Battery and Other Flex Cables
- First, disconnect the battery connector from the board.
- Then detach the main Flex cable, the antenna module cable, and the LCD Flex extension.
- Ensure all connections are lifted gently to prevent tearing.

Remove the Loudspeaker Module
- Use your Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws holding the loudspeaker in place.
- Gently pry the speaker out, starting from the bottom edge.
- Be sure not to damage the speaker mesh or surrounding connectors.
Disconnect Bottom Flex and Apply Alcohol
- Detach the bottom portion of the main Flex cable and antenna cable.
- Apply a bit more isopropyl alcohol around the battery edge to loosen adhesive.
- Let it sit briefly before proceeding with removal.

Reheat to Loosen Battery Adhesive
- Reheat the device again on the heating mat for another 2–3 minutes.
- Maintain the temperature between 60–80°C to soften the battery adhesive.
- Do not overheat the device, as it may damage internal components.

Remove the Old Battery
- Use a pry tool with a concave tip to lift the battery safely from the chassis.
- Pry from the side slowly, avoiding puncturing or bending the battery.
- If it’s difficult to lift, apply more alcohol and wait before trying again.
Reinstall the New Battery
- Carefully press the battery into the new screen housing.
- Ensure all adhesive is properly aligned and firm.
Reconnect All Flex Cables
- Begin reconnecting the bottom antenna module, LCD extension cable, and main board Flex cable.
- Snap each connector in place carefully, ensuring a firm connection.
- Then reattach the battery connector to the board.
